About adidas
The vision of company founder Adolf Dassler has long become reality, and his corporate philosophy the guiding principle for successor generations. The idea was as simple as it was brilliant. Adi Dassler’s aim was to provide every athlete with the best possible equipment. It all began in 1920, when Adi Dassler made his first shoes using the few materials available after the First World War.

The adidas name dates back to 1948, deriving from the first two syllables of Adi Dassler’s first and last name. One year later, Adi Dassler registered the Three Stripes as a trademark. After a period spanning almost 70 years, the Dassler Family withdrew from the company in 1989, and the enterprise was transformed into a corporation ("Aktiengesellschaft"). French-born Robert Louis-Dreyfus was Chairman of the Executive Board from April 1993 to March 2001. It was he who initiated adidas’ flotation on the stock market in November 1995. adidas--a name that stands for competence in all sectors of sport around the globe. Today, the adidas product range extends from shoes, apparel and accessories for basketball, soccer, fitness and training to adventure, trail and golf.

There are a lot of different games that can be played outside, depending on the skill level of the players, how old they are, and the options that they have available to them for where to play. If they have enough room, for example, they can play Frisbee. However, this is not usually a game for the very young (too dangerous), or the very old (too physically demanding). If it is played gently, though, most people can enjoy it.

It consists of a board with a hole in it, and that board is placed a specific distance from the players. They then throw the beanbags at it, in an attempt to place one or more of them into the hole. Because the beanbags are soft and there is no difficult physical activity, virtually anyone of any age can play this game. It is often very enjoyable, and tournaments have also been organized for this game, turning it into a sport in some areas.

Frisbee and the beanbag toss are not the only two games that are played for fun outdoors, however, many individuals also enjoy badminton, horseshoes, and other games such as hide-and-seek. The possibility for injury does exist, though, so very young children should be watched closely if they are playing the game or playing nearby. Hide-and-seek does not have as much injury potential, but allowing young children to run off and hide is also a bad idea, so parents should monitor these games closely so that they are able to remain fun for everyone.

Believe it or not, the answer is that occasional pimples or zits do not constitute a true case of acne. Although zits do seem to have the ability to appear almost instantaneously and at the most inopportune times like picture day, prom night, spelling bees, sporting events, dates, and special award ceremonies, they are not a true acne outbreak.

The anatomical definition of sebaceous glands is: "small subcutaneous glands usually connected with hair follicles. The follicles secrete an oily semi-fluid matter, composed in great part of fat, which softens and lubricates the hair and skin."

There are new and effective treatments being sought by researchers and great advances have been made in the treatment of acne in the last few years. Years ago, when a person had acne, they were pretty much stuck with the problem. There were very few treatments available and the medical profession didn't even consider acne a disease.

Real acne outbreaks are actually a disease of the skin. However, the great news is that acne is treatable. Although it can be very embarrassing, cause great emotional distress, and lower your personal self-esteem for a period of time, acne is not fatal.

In areas of the country that enjoy a moderate climate, and it less moderate areas during specific times of the year, many individuals enjoy fun outdoor games.

For more aggressive Frisbee games, a higher level of skill and physical fitness, as well as more space, is needed.

Another game that can be played outdoors, and that is easier for all ages, is the beanbag toss. This game is also sometimes called cornhole, and it is played in virtually all areas of the country.

Many sports fans who anxiously await the release of the weekly football polls really miss one of the best parts of the poll when searching only to see where their favorite is ranked. Many newspapers and online services do not give the total results of the polling, they only list the Top 25 picks for the week.

This information is significant to fans like me because of my interest level. One game I play every week is to discern which teams are rising and which teams are falling in the polls. While many of our wives, sweethearts and significant others may find this activity to be terribly boring, it is a habit that is far superior to other habits such as drinking, drugging, sleeping around, lying, cheating and stealing. This is why I feel no need to justify, apologize or defend myself in this practice.

It's hard to determine exactly how soccer became so popular in England in the 19th century, but the truth is that in the mid 19th century, almost every major town had a semi-professional soccer team. These teams were usually associations of workers from the same factory or institution or simply students at a local University.
